Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, the opportunity is missed to fill that appointment time. Therefore clients on the waiting list miss the chance to receive services. Appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance as I know it can be easy to forget an appointment booked weeks ago. I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. 50% of the service for same day cancellations and 100% of the service for no shows.
If there is a consistent discrepancy within a clients schedule and there are multiple cancellations or no shows, I have to right to refuse service or rebook any future appointments. I respectfully want to give you my best and wish the same in return, and understand schedules just sometimes do not sync up.

No dogs nor children are allowed within CMP Skin Studio or Glowtology to ensure we keep a sanitary, quiet and tranquility for all of our guests during their visits within.
All information of clientele is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone other then employees of CMP Skin Studio for purposes of appointment fulfillment or other related reasons.
